I didn't go ahead with the survey idea; in the end, some kind of self-preservation leapt into play and I did the conservative written thing. It worked out. Among the immediately useful tidbits from class is discovery of edtags.org, a website, more of an idea and practice bazaar, built of tagged information related to education submitted by people from all over the education spectrum. And as if I weren't stretched enough, I'm going to a conference at the end of October "Creating and Learning in a Media Saturated Culture" to finally hear Henry Jenkins in person but also to check out some of "the innovative work of classroom teachers, highlighting new pedagogical practices that support school reform."
